Monthly on Zoom 8-9pm (tends to be the last Tuesday of the month)
Message me to express interest and be added to our WhatsApp for our Monthly group session on Zoom to learn more about EFT and how it can be used to reduce stress and prevent past stresses stealing joy from present moments.
The circle is held by Ellie and her friend and fellow EFT practitioner Mary Kenealy.

Hi there
I am involved with disability charity One Place East based in Ilford as a fundraiser. Last year they started a Gaming Group for neurodiverse adults as an approach to engage and provide mental health support alongside the group.
How much would it cost for you to facilitate an early evening Tapping Circle monthly (in-person) in Ilford if they block booked 6 monthly sessions as a trial?
It may be something we would like to pilot and then evaluate. If it is popular, impacts people's wellbeing positively and there is demand for more, I can incorporate it in future funding applications.
