Monthy on the last Tuesday of each month now at Firefly 2 Hartley Road. You can come along to as a family and enjoy the soace. This is a mixed age group where we ask adults to hold a quiet space for children. Where we can explore, create and make friends in an inclusive compassionate space. We meet on the last Tuesday of each month at 10.45-12.
Every Sunday 9.45-11 at the Feel Good Centre Walthamstow

ATTENTION TO TRANSITIONS, individuals, SENSES, activites and the group field are all part of what makes these so SPECIAL and NOURISHING.
